Experience

Alan is an experienced in-house counsel with broad experience providing end-to-end legal advice and support on general corporate matters such as commercial contracting and licensing transactions (including SaaS/cloud/hosted service license and subscription platforms), regulatory compliance, IP, privacy and data security. Alan has demonstrated ability to develop scalable and effective processes for review, negotiation and closing of complex technology transactions.

Education

Alan graduated from University of California, San Diego with degrees in Economics and Political Science (1994), and received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2001). He is a member of the California Bar and Massachusetts Bar Association.
