Lori Hart Beninger has over twenty years of international contracts development and negotiation experience. Having served in various capacities, including Director of Contracts, for both large and small high-technology organizations, in 2002 Lori created Contract Solutions, Inc. – a company dedicated to providing world-class contracts assistance on an outsourced basis to those organizations that are either in the early stages of their business development or need seasonal help to finalize crucial contract negotiations.

Education

A native Californian, Lori earned her degree in business from the University of San Francisco, augmenting her education with contract law classes at Santa Clara University.

Lori lives in San Jose with her husband, Matt. In addition to enjoying travel and the company of family and friends, Lori has published two novels, Embracing the Elephant and A Veil of Fog and Flames: coming-of-age tales set against a backdrop of the California Gold Rush and early San Francisco.

Favorite Causes

Because the environment is one of Lori’s favorite causes, she has supported The Environmental Volunteers since 2009, a fantastic Palo-Alto-based organization that teaches Bay Area children about the many wonders of the world around them and how they can contribute to its health and well-being.
